Welcome to the website of Overman Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Overman Lab). By accessing this website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Overman Labs provides 3D design, CAD modelling, creative design, graphic design, visualisation, rendering, product development, prototyping, prototype manufacturing, plastic products, and related services. The exact scope, specifications, price, timeline, materials, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms for each project will be confirmed through a written quotation, proposal, purchase order, invoice, or other written agreement.

All project information supplied by the client must be accurate and complete. The client is responsible for ensuring that it has the right to use any drawings, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, measurements, technical information, or other materials provided to us. The client agrees to protect Overman Labs from claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe another person’s rights.

Designs, renders, prototypes, and products are created according to the approved brief, specifications, drawings, samples, and revisions. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule. Unless expressly included in the quotation, additional concepts, revisions, engineering changes, materials, tooling, moulds, shipping, taxes, installation, testing, certification, and third-party charges may be billed separately.

Digital previews, renders, prototypes, and physical samples may vary from the final manufactured product because of screen settings, lighting, material characteristics, printing methods, colour variation, tolerances, finishing, and manufacturing limitations. Prototype approval does not automatically confirm that a product is suitable for mass production, safety-critical use, medical use, or regulatory approval.

All intellectual property created by Overman Labs, including original designs, CAD files, models, renders, graphics, methods, templates, and working files, remains with Overman Labs until the agreed fees have been paid in full, unless the written agreement states otherwise. After full payment, the client receives only the rights expressly mentioned in the quotation or agreement. Editable or source files are not included unless specifically agreed.

Overman Labs may use completed work, non-confidential images, and project descriptions in its portfolio, website, and social media only where the client has permitted such use or where the work has been made publicly available. Confidential information supplied by the client will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

For physical products, the customer should inspect the product as soon as it is received. Any visible damage, shortage, defect, or incorrect supply must be reported to Overman Labs Pvt. Ltd. within 2 days of delivery, along with the order or invoice number and relevant photographs or supporting details.

Inspection of products may be carried out at the Overman Labs office or remotely through a webcam or video call, as mutually agreed by both parties. The inspection method may depend on the type, size, technical nature, and location of the product.

For readymade products, payment of 100% of the order value must be made in advance and before delivery or dispatch.

For customised products and project-based work, the payment schedule will be as follows: 25% advance before starting the work; 25% after finalisation and approval of the drawing or design; 25% after completion of half of the agreed work; and 25% before delivery or dispatch of the product.

Overman Labs Pvt. Ltd. will normally dispatch or deliver the product only after receiving the applicable outstanding payment. Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is delayed. Any additional work, material, revision, tooling, transport, tax, or third-party expense outside the agreed quotation may be charged separately after informing the customer.

Delivery or completion time depends on the nature of the product or project. The estimated timeline may vary from product to product and from one type of work to another. The applicable delivery or completion schedule will be communicated in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or written project confirmation.

The delivery timeline may also be affected by delayed approvals, incomplete information, drawing or design changes, material availability, production requirements, quality checks, supplier delays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Overman Labs Pvt. Ltd.

The website and its content are provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Overman Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or a project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and consumer rights, the courts located in Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website, products, or services.
